个人简介

 

 

1985年获得中国科技大学生物系学士学位;1988年获得中国科学院生物物理研究所硕士学位;1995年获美国麻省理工学院(MIT)生物系博士学位;1995-1998年在美国哈佛大学做博士后研究(Irvington Fellow.

1999.3-2004.6 美国华盛顿大学助理教授(tenure-track);

2004.7-2009.6 美国华盛顿大学副教授(终身);

2009.7-2019.8 美国华盛顿大学正教授(终身);

20198月底加入上海科技大学生命科学与技术学院,任终身正教授。

 

 

主要研究内容

 

 

主要研究方向包括(1Wnt信号通路的分子机制,从Wnt蛋白的合成分泌,细胞表面受体结合,穿膜信号传导,b-catenin 在细胞质内的降解,到细胞核内的Wnt enhanceosome的抑制和激活; 2)重要癌症治疗新靶点的分子机制与结构研究;(3)蛋白质修饰酶的结构功能关系研究;(4)蛋白质设计与蛋白质工程。
