  Research Interests  
Dr. Wang’s current research focuses on the information asymmetry in the cross-border commercial real estate transactions; the political connection, credit allocation, and price premiums in China’s urban land market; and the effectiveness of macro-prudential policy in restricting the housing prices and land prices in China. He serves as referees for Real Estate Economics and Journal of Housing Economics.
