| 2003-2007 年就读于上海交通大学 生命科学与技术学院 获生物技术学位 2007-2012 年就读于美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学 获细胞和发育生物学博士学位 （导师马红和Franklin Pugh) 2012-2017 年在美国波士顿大学医学院,计算医学中心进行博士后研究 （导师Stefano Monti) 2017年5月加入上海科技大学生命科学与技术学院任助理教授，研究员 |
| 主要研究内容 | |
| 研究组侧重于理解生物组学大数据背后的含义，其中最感兴趣的是通过解读基因组数据来达到精准医疗的目的。研究组的长期目标是运用数学模型来解释和预测复杂的生物学现象，特别是与人类疾病相关的表型。目前实验室工作集中于以下两个方向： 1. 研究组侧重于开发基于DNA/RNA/表观遗传学信息的分子标记物来区分和预测疾病的亚型（目前重点为癌症，但并不限于癌症）和患者对于药物治疗的不同反应，并进一步整合多种数据分析和功能验证来研究这些重要分子标记物背后的生物学机制。 2. 研究组将与其他以实验科学为重点的研究组进行长期合作。通过对于多种组学数据分析挖掘和统计分析，结合新的算法和分析方法的开发，来得到基于数据的机理的猜想，去辅助和指导功能验证，并最终更好地理解人类疾病中的机理。目前我们与Ruslan Afasizhev实验室在研究治病锥虫Trypanosoma brucei的线粒体中转录机制和RNA编辑机理中有着长期持续的合作。 实验室主页：https://bioliyezhang.github.io |
