2007年7月毕业于南京大学,获学士学位;
2013年1月毕业于中国科学院上海生化细胞所,获博士学位;
2013年1月至2013年7月在生化细胞所担任助理研究员;
2013年8月起在奥古斯塔大学佐治亚医学院从事博士后研究;
2018年1月在上海科技大学生命科学与技术学院担任助理教授、研究员。
  主要研究内容  
突触是神经元之间或者神经元和效应细胞之间传递信号、构成神经环路的结构和功能单位。突触传递和突触可塑性是大脑行使各项功能包括感觉、运动、认知以及学习记忆的基础。我们实验室主要以小鼠为模式生物,神经肌肉接头为突触模型,利用分子生物学、生物化学、细胞生物学、影像学技术以及电生理等实验手段来研究突触形成和维持的分子机制;以及在衰老、重症肌无力和脊髓侧索硬化症中神经肌肉接头功能变化和调控机制。我们的研究可能为这类疾病的诊断和治疗提供新靶点和思路。
