个人简介 |
2010年上海交通大学密西根学院获得学士学位 2013年上海交通大学密西根学院获得硕士学位 2016年上海交通大学密西根学院获得博士学位 2016年4月至2018年3月在美国弗吉尼亚理工大学电力电子中心从事博士后研究工作,合作导师为李泽元教授(中美工程院院士, IEEE life Fellow)。 2018年3月至今,加入上海科技大学信息科学与技术学院担任助理教授,研究员。 目前从事无线电能传输及电力电子相关研究,在IEEE Trans. Power Electronics, IEEE Trans. Ind. Electronics, IEEE Trans. Ind. Informa., IEEE Trans. Micro. Theory Tech.等国际顶级期刊和会议上累计发表30篇论文。 为中国中车开发了新一代基于氮化镓器件的DCDC功率模块,该模块在峰值效率(96%)及功率密度(195瓦每立方英寸)上都远超目前市面最好的产品(SynQor: 91%,80瓦每立方英寸),预估年产值为2000万人民币。 傅旻帆博士个人主页: http://www.minfanfu.icoc.cc/ |

无线电能传输:谐振拓扑的开发与应用,多线圈系统耦合机理,系统建模与参数优化,能量流控制与最优效率追踪。 电力电子:高频能量变化,高频磁集成及其优化设计,宽禁带半导体功率器件的应用。 |
