| 王龙博士的研究侧重于探讨跨国房地产投资中存在的信息不对称问题及其运行机制，中国土地拍卖市场中的国有企业买家的溢价问题，以及限购限贷政策在中国房地产市场和土地市场的运行有效性问题。他是学术期刊Real Estate Economics 和 Journal of Housing Economics的匿名审稿人。 |
