  主要研究内容  
巨噬细胞是极具动力性及调节多种生理功能的细胞。本课题组致力于研究巨噬细胞代谢,包括不同代谢途径与激活巨噬细胞的信号通路之间的相互作用,以及线粒体代谢对染色质的调控作用。课题组的研究目标在阐述细胞代谢调节巨噬细胞功能的主要机理,为多种生理和病理狀态如先天免疫、炎症等提供前瞻思路及可能的诊疗手段。
