2000年-2004年就读于湘潭大学材料科学与工程系,获得学士学位
2004年-2007年就读于北京航空航天大学材料物理与化学系,获得理学硕士学位
2009年-2012年就读于北海道大学化学系,获得理学博士学位(导师:室町英治教授)
2012年-2013年在日本国立材料研究所超导研究中心从事博士后研究(合作导师:山浦一成教授)
2013年-2014年在比利时鲁汶大学理学院物理与天文系从事博士后研究(合作导师:Victor Moshchalkov教授)
2014年-2018年在南京大学电子科学与工程学院任副教授
2018年12月加入上海科技大学物质科学与技术学院,任助理教授、研究员
 主要研究内容 
课题组主要致力于高温超导机理和超导器件的研究,具体研究内容包括:
1. 高温超导材料和强关联材料介观器件的设计、制备和性能研究,探索诸多宏观材料中无法观测的新奇物理现象;
2. 研究新型二维材料和超导异质结构器件,探索二维材料在超导器件中的应用;
3. 设计和开发各种微加工和测试设备的真空互联(包括电子束蒸发、磁控溅射、离子刻蚀、反应离子刻蚀、分子束外延生长、原子层沉积、低温电学性能测试系统、手套箱等),实现微纳结构电子器件的原位制备和表征。
