周小宇博士在中山大学管理学院获得管理学学士学位(2009),在北京大学光华管理学院获得管理学博士学位(2014)。博士毕业后于2014年7月加入上海科技大学创业管理学院任助理教授、研究员。 |
主要研究内容 |
周小宇博士致力于通过研究宏观制度和行业环境对企业和个体的创新和创业的影响机制。他近期的研究项目主要包括:(1)企业社会责任战略的演化与变迁;(2)学术科研创业的机制设计;(3)宏观因素影响个体行为变革的实地实验。 |
