2003年本科毕业于南京大学理科教学强化部;2009年在美国田纳西大学健康医学中心获博士学位;2009年至2015年在加州大学旧金山分校医学院进行博士后研究;2015年7月加入上海科技大学生命科学与技术学院任助理教授、研究员。
  主要研究内容  
最近,以免疫细胞为靶标的肿瘤免疫疗法取得了重大的突破。免疫学家利用大分子药物来增强病人自身T细胞的抗癌能力,成功地治愈了癌症病人。我们的科研工作聚焦于T细胞活化的调节机制,我们结合蛋白质组学,CRISPR筛选以及小鼠遗传学等方法探索T细胞受体以及共刺激分子CD28 受体家族的下游信号通路。我们的研究将帮助寻找肿瘤免疫的新靶点。
