1997-2001年就读于山东大学生命科学院,获微生物学学士学位 2001-2004年就读于山东大学生命科学院,获微生物学硕士学位 2004-2009年就读于清华大学生命科学院,获生物物理学博士学位 2009-2012年在耶鲁大学从事博士后研究 2012-2014年在威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校从事博士后研究 2014-2016年在加州大学伯克利分校从事博士后研究 2016年7月加入上海科技大学,在iHuman研究所任PI(Research Associate Professor),在生命科学与技术学院任助理教授 |
主要研究内容 |
本研究组的主要研究方向是利用冷冻电子显微学作为主要技术手段研究蛋白与膜相互作用系统,并结合生物化学,荧光超分辨成像,X-射线晶体学以及分子动态模拟来深刻理解蛋白与膜相互作用的机制;同时,利用胞内系统进一步验证所得到的作用机制。希望通过这些研究来加深理解重要蛋白与膜系统的分子机制,为解决蛋白与膜系统紊乱引起的疾病提供坚实的结构生物学基础。本研究组主要集中在以下几个方向: 1.转运必需内体复合体(ESCRT)剪切膜系统的分子机制 2.G蛋白偶联受体(GPCR)的结构生物学研究 3.嵌合于脂双层的膜蛋白结构冷冻电镜解析方法的开发与应用 同时,如果你对我们的工作感兴趣,真诚地欢迎加盟或合作。 |
