研究组长期从事基因打靶和染色质表观遗传相关研究。目前,研究组依托果蝇和哺乳类细胞模型,结合前沿基因打靶技术及遗传、生化、生物数据分析,主要研究非编码RNA和组蛋白密码(histone-code)及修饰在发育、生殖、天然免疫、衰老和癌症等疾病过程中的生物学功能及分子调控网络。这些表观遗传领域的突破将促进人们对基于环境引起的发育缺陷及各种疾病发生机制的深度理解,为疾病治疗提供直接的表观分子科学证据和新靶点。 |
